EXCHANGE, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
At Skin Tantric Shop customer satisfaction is guaranteed, so we offer the exchange or return of products that are not in accordance with your expectations. However, some procedures are necessary and must be followed:
- The customer has a period of SEVEN consecutive days, counted from the day the order is received, to regret his purchase. Remembering that weekends and holidays are also valid.
- For the customer's own safety, the product must be intact, sealed and in its original packaging and we will NOT accept products that are damaged or have traces of being opened and / or used, the LAW DOES NOT COVER PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR PROVEN!
- The Product must be packed in a simple cardboard box and very well protected so that there is no damage in transportation, if the product suffers any damage in the return, it will NOT be possible to return it, so when resending, repack the product correctly so that it does not suffer damage caused by lack of protection.
- In cases of withdrawal, there is no charge for the transportation of the product. When contacting us informing the withdrawal, we will send a reverse logistics, which allows the customer to post the product at the post office to us WITHOUT any postage cost (The document will already contain the recipient data).
EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
- The customer has the right to exchange his product, as long as it is intact, sealed and in its original packaging, we will NOT exchange products that are damaged or have traces of used.
- The rules are the same as for the return procedure, read item 1 above.
- With us your first exchange is free. When contacting us informing the exchange, we will send a reverse logistics, which allows the customer to post the product in the post office to us WITHOUT any postage cost (The document will already contain the recipient data). If the customer wishes to make another exchange, referring to the same order, freight will be charged for reshipping the product and sending the new product.
DEFECT EXCHANGES: 5. Exchange of Durable Products
In the case of defective products, the deadline for exchange is NINETEEN calendar days (weekends and holidays also apply!) IN THE CASE OF DURABLE PRODUCTS (not valid for cosmetics, lingerie and other non-durable products).
But it is worth mentioning some important information:
- The problem of operation, could be in the batteries or batteries placed wrong or discharged, check carefully before sending the product to us, if the batteries were placed correctly. We also remember that the exchange is only made due to manufacturing defects, Skin Tantric Shop is not responsible for exchanges characterised as BAD USE. Upon receipt, the product will undergo an analysis and if there is no defect reported, or if it presents characteristics of misuse, the same will not be exchanged. A NEW FREIGHT WILL BE CHARGED to ship the product, if it is not a defect or if the product is misused.
6. Exchange of Non-Durable Products
In the case of cosmetics, lingerie and other non-durable products, Exclusiva Fri only covers manufacturing defects, and it is necessary to communicate the defect as soon as possible after receiving the product. If necessary, we will ask for photos to expedite the exchange procedure. It is worth mentioning that we do not sell medicines, only cosmetics, so its effect is not guaranteed, and may vary from person to person (IT DOES NOT FEATURE AS A DEFECT not to obtain the desired effect), we do not exchange cosmetics that have already been used and / or tested.
7. Post Receipt Procedure
- When we receive the product, we will contact you to review the evaluation made on the returned product, if there are traces that the product was used, we will not make the exchange and the product will be returned.
If everything is right, the customer can choose between:
a) The product can be exchanged for any other, whether of the same value or not (if it is too much, the difference can be paid via payment methods available on the website and if it is less, the rest of the value can be made with a coupon of discount or refund).
b) Receive a discount coupon in the amount spent to be used later (the coupon is not valid and can be used for gifts too, just enter the code that will be provided in the discount coupon field, before finalising the purchase).
HOW DOES REFUND WORK?
The refund is usually made according to the chosen payment method:
- Credit Card - The full amount will be refunded directly on the invoice with a maximum term of up to 8 working days AFTER analysis of the market
